We ship Monday through Friday (except on holidays) - kindly allow 3-5 business days for processing.

UPS is our favorite carrier - Ground shipping to your door!

Shipping Rate: $4.99 per order, plus $1.00 per item in the order.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time - sorry about that!

Order status: You’ll get an email with your orders details when you place your order and when your order ships.

Out of Stock: If an item you’re interested in is out of stock, add your name to the waitlist and we’ll let you know as soon as we’ve got more whipped up!

Sale Items: All of our sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason our sugars don’t measure up, please let us know! The fastest way to get to us is our email, divinesugarsandtea@gmail.com.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Divine Sugars can’t be held responsible for packages lost by carriers, packages that are stolen from porches, delays due to weather or other carrier-driven circumstances, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.

Returns: We are only able to accept unopened products for returns. Please contact a customer service representative at divinesugarsandtea@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for a return.

Damaged Items: Please email divinesugarsandtea@gmail.com to report any damage within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your invoice number and any photos of the damage incurred during shipping. We do our best to package carefully, but realize that damage can occur in transit.
